Sunflower husk briquettes · in bulk / in shrink film
Fatty acids, non-distilled · MT · in bulk

QUANTITY: Depends on buyer-seller negotiations.

TERMS OF DELIVERY: FCA BALTI, REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA (INCOTERMS 2010)

QUALITY: As per quality certificate in attachment.

PAYMENT: Bank transfer on the currency account of the Seller, in advance at a rate of 100%, in accordance with the invoice issued by the Seller and sent to Buyer by fax or e-mail.Other payment method can be accepted after buyer-seller negotiations.

SHIPMENT: The date of bill of lading shall be considered the date of delivery. Delivery must be done within 7 days from the moment of receipt of money on the currency account of the Seller.

INSPECTION: The Seller permits presence of the representative of the Buyer or the independent surveyor at the moment of loading for quality control and quantity of the goods. Cost of services of the independent surveyor will be included in goods cost.

DOCUMENTATION:
1. Signed and sealed Invoice (original);
2. Bill of lading, CMR, SMGS, depending on a type of transport (original);
3. The certificate of origin (form S, CT-1, EUR 1, depending on the place of delivery) (original);
4. The certificate of the quality issued by accredited laboratory of manufacturer – FLOAREA SOARELUI SA (original);
5. Other documents in accordance with contract specifications.
